Location: Manchester Airport (Styal)

The Role:
- Manage the full recruitment process
- Build and nurture talent pipelines
- Work with clients and expand our client base
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment (industry background flexible)
- Strong persuasion and perseverance skills
- Excellent listening abilities and high emotional intelligence
- Creative problem-solving aptitude
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
