Senior Air freight forwarder (imports) required for a freight forwarder in the Crawley area. This role is working within Air freight department and looking after imports.The company imports a range of goods into the UK and you will know knowledge of the range of different good to import. Senior air freight forwarder salary £28-34k. Due to this role being Air freight, it is a legal requirement for a DBS/Security checks, which is a 5 years background check.

The role
As a senior air freight forwarder covering imports, you will be handling incoming calls, job quotations, processing operational import jobs, liaising with all contractors, arranging transport with our own drivers and sub-contractors, job costing, some invoicing, customs paperwork, T1 completion. This role will include all the normal senior air freight forwarder duties. 

Experience
We are looking for a senior air freight forwarder with knowledge of imports and Air freight. you will be able to complete T1s and customs paperwork.
