Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, an exciting and fast paced agency, who are recruiting for a Strategic Insights Lead.   Join a highly successful company and help support with analysis on digital marketing trends to support digital strategy creation & execution.  The role is a permanent opportunity, with offices based near Lympne, Kent.  Hybrid working is available with a requirement of working 3 days a week onsite.

The role - As Strategic Insights Lead your role will be to provides strategic analysis on digital marketing trends to support digital strategy creation and execution and undertakes research as requested by Strategic Account Managers to support with preparation for meetings, calls and roadmap development. You are on top of all things digital & market trends to provide insight into client accounts, industries and channels including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Social Media and Content Marketing. You work closely with COMBAM to provide strategic sales observations and join sales meetings as a representative of the Account Management Team as required.

The Strategic Insights Lead will be required to do the following:

• Support the AM team translate clients' business goals into a clear strategy

• Support the AM team create strategic digital roadmaps

• Help build the collateral for Business Reviews that consider opportunities for cross-channel collaboration and identifying upsell opportunities.

• Proactively seek growth opportunities for industries and report this back to the AM & COMBAM team.

• Work closely with the Strategic Account Managers and COMBAM team to create proposals for current and potential clients based on your strategic research and observations.

• Work closely with Pods to understand the latest innovations, updates, and best practices and report back to the AM team for them to include in communications.

• Support Account Directors and Head of Client Experience with industry and pod updates that support client growth.

• Develop processes and workflows to help keep the AM team up to date on industry news and trends to monitor.

• Keep sales observations and recommendations up to date using industry and Pod updates.

The successful Strategic Insights Lead  should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

• A passion & aptitude for Digital Marketing.

• A keen interest in marketing research and looking at things from multiple angles.

• Google Analytics, Google Ads certified, Microsoft Ads certified & Meta certified.

• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Wincher, and Google Search Console.

• Results-driven.

• Proven organisational skills, allowing you to plan and present detailed proposals and deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Proven track record managing client requirements. This includes both planning and managing multi-disciplinary campaigns, and also ad-hoc work.

• A team player, happy to collaborate with the rest of the team to create multi-discipline campaigns.

• Can support the creation of sales collateral as required & attend relevant pitch meetings.

The Strategic Insights Lead will be rewarded with a salary of £30-34,000, pro-rata, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits, such as FREE lunch, social days/nights, birthday off, supported autonomy in the role plus many more.
