Job Description:
- Manage and coordinate the design process for residential projects
- Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Oversee the production of design information, including drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Provide technical guidance and support to the design team
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Design Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of residential projects, preferably student accommodation and hotels
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in relevant design software and tools
