My Client who operate primarily as a Groundworks Sub Contractor are seeking to appoint an Experienced Site Manager for a New Build Education Scheme in the Leeds area on a Freelance basis.
Duties will include, Client Interface, supervision of works, Ordering Plant and Materials, Health and Safety on Site.
Scope of works will include Foundations, drainage, concrete rafts etc.
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Required.
