We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding global and highly reputable client working in the independent automotive aftermarket.

As the Brand Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Brand Marketing Manager to execute the national marketing strategy for the group of brands across the UK and Ireland. Your efforts will ensure our presence is felt at the Motor Factor and Workshop level, with responsibilities ranging from trade media planning to customer marketing support and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Marketing - Implement annual marketing plans for the group brands.
  • Customer Marketing - Coordinate promotions, design work, and van wraps, working closely with UK & Irish Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
  • Loyalty Scheme - Assist in managing the UK loyalty scheme.
  • Promotions - Contribute ideas for seasonal promotional plans.
  • Hospitality - Help organise customer hospitality events.
  • Trade Media - Create print and digital brand advertising and supply relevant content for trade media plans.
  • Email Marketing - Assist in creating brand-specific email newsletters.
  • Social Media - Develop and supply content for their social media team.
  • Internal Marketing - Produce a bi-monthly internal newsletter and quarterly organisation chart updates. Support other business functions with design work.
  • Design and Copywriting - Create artwork and write compelling promotional, editorial, and corporate copy while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Proofreading - Ensure accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 1+ years in a marketing role with a strong grasp of B2B marketing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, copywriting, and proofreading. Ability to generate engaging promotional ideas and analyse trends.
  • Effective communicator, highly organised, adaptable, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English. Marketing qualifications are advantageous.
