The company’s whole ethos is based upon the use of sound engineering principles to evaluate and select building engineering solutions, appropriate to meeting modern sustainability and energy efficient targets. Along with Chartered Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers, the team also includes certified specialists such as iSBEM Competent Persons, Low Carbon Consultants, EPC Assessors and BREEAM Advisors.

As the company embraces further opportunities to facilitate natural growth, recruitment will be key to those plans. Whilst a number of positions are under consideration at board level, the appointment of a Principal or Associate level Electrical Engineer is top of the list. As a Lead Engineer you will be tasked with delivering a range of projects, from small sites to multi-million pound developments, across sectors important such as health care, residential, education and commercial.

Whilst representing the business you will be responsible for procuring work, identifying repeat custom opportunities, managing delivery of live projects and close liaison with clients and contactors. In addition, you will be accountable for the performance and development of your team, providing guidance, direction and training as required.

To be considered for this high profile position it is essential interested parties are experienced Electrical Building Services Design Engineers. A high level of electrical engineering qualifications is required (CEng preferred), demonstrating a strong academic background to compliment years of practical project delivery. In depth knowledge of industry regulations and building standards is essential, along with proficient use of design software and an analytical eye for detail. Strong leadership along with clear communication is also viewed key, promoting efficiency, collaboration (internally and externally) and above all teamwork.
