We have a New Homes developer in the Bradworthy area who is looking for a New Homes sales advisor.
You don't need to have prior new homes sales experience, but to work in this sector you need to be happy in a customer facing role. You must have good organisational, customer service, IT and sales skills.
If your working background fits already or would easily transition into this sales sector we'd like to hear from you.
As a New Homes Sales Advisor you'll benefit from a good basic salary, and the opportunity to double your basic salary in commission paid on your house sales.
You'd be mentored by experienced sales people who want you to do well in this new role.
You'll be running the development as if it were your own little business. Working through enquiries, setting up appointments and viewings with potential purchasers. Taking each customer through the journey to owning their new home.
This role is full time.
Your working day is 10 till 5pm.
Tuesday and Wednesdays as your days off.
Salary £24,000 to £26,000 - depending on experience , and £1000 paid per plot sold On target earns of £50k (approx)
Mileage fuel allowance of 45p a mile less 25miles a day.
