Job Role: Warehouse Operative

Location: Manchester, M40

Salary: £11.60 per hour

Our client are growing their team and are looking to add more skilled people to their dispatch team in the Manchester site. Its a fantastic opportunity to join a busy warehouse which is offering permanent opportunities for the right people. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Picking products from a picking list 

• Unloading deliveries using manual handling

• Allocating stock within the warehouse (in the correct areas) off deliveries 

• Case picking between 5-10 kilos

• Undertake training when required. 

Job Requirements 

• Experience in a warehouse operative role 

• Have own PPE – Safety boots 

• This is a physical role and manual handling will be part of the role. 

• Always abide to all health and safety standards including wearing the correct PPE. 

• FLT Counterbalance/ Bendi licenses are preferable but not essential

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Ideally you will have past experience working from picking lists and locating items based of the order / product numbers. 

Full training would be given but we are looking for people who are hard workers and who would work under their own initiative to fulfil orders without any picking errors.
