Due to further, strategic expansion, a number of opportunities have now arisen for Production Operatives to join them at their manufacturing facility in Lincolnshire, on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis. Upon joining the organisation, you will be assigned to a suitable department and play a key role in their manufacturing process. Duties may include assembly, adjusting, turning, grinding or the surface treatment of their product range.

In return, my client is offering an excellent salary of £22,687 - £29,041, dependent on experience, and an additional 20% shift premium when working on a late shift. The role operates on a rotating shift pattern of earlies and lates with the hours of work being as follows:

Morning shift

• Monday – Thursday 6am – 1.35pm.
• Friday 6am – 12.45pm.

Late shift (20% shift premium)

• Monday to Thursday 1.25pm – 9.05pm.
• Friday 12.35pm – 7pm.
