The Solution Group are looking for a Site Manager for a rapidly growing Internal Refurb Contractor based in Essex. The chosen candidate will be a proven Site Manager coming from a Trades background such as Carpentry or Drylining etc, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. They must have experience dealing with RFI Schedules, be able to read drawings, and be comfortable with programmes and planning.
The majority of the work is in the South East & London, however a small percentage is outside of the M25.
The candidate must have SMSTS, CSCS Card (ideally NVQ 6 Black Card) & First Aid.
If successful, you will receive a company Laptop, Phone, Van, and have the opportunity to progress within the company.
We are looking to interview immediately with the view to start in the next few weeks.
