An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Inbound Telesales Agent working for a carpet supplier. Our client is looking for someone who is target driven with a can do attitude, someone who is approachable and committed to understanding each customers unique needs.
- Taking inbound calls for carpet installation enquiries
- Understanding the customer’s needs and searching for a price comparison with urgency
- Converting the enquiry into a sale
- Following up and actioning leads
- Recording and tracking all enquiries
- Providing reports and feedback
- Ensuring product knowledge is up to date and relevant
- Working towards and exceeding KPI's
Experience / Skills Required –
- Telesales (minimum 1 year)
- Hitting KPI targets (minimum 1 year)
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
