As part of their plans for 2024, they are looking to make an addition to their Building Control branch in London. The selected individual will operate in an efficient manner providing pre-application advice, plan checking and site inspections.

The consultant has gained regulatory and technical experience over a wide variety of projects including domestic extensions, student accommodation, housing estates, hotels, schools and offices.

The company in question have been operating in the industry for over 20 years and have key relationships with clients such as Lloyd’s and Guildmore. Their total employee count has increased by 62% in the last 2 years, they’re always looking to develop.

This position would be suitable for someone who has experience in Building Control & Property Inspection. Driving to develop their skillset within closely associated revenue streams such as Building Regulations, Building Safety and Fire.
