Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 7.(phone number removed)-hour lunch
We are working in partnership with our client who are a leading food manufacturer & distributor, servicing major national retailers, large food service groups and blue-chip corporations.

Key duties will include:
- Total ownership and accountability of production area
- Drive Health & Safety, Quality, Cost, reduction in waste and Performance within the areas.
- Review worker performance and identify training needs.
- Motivate team and drive efficiencies.
- Updating KPI reports and Monthly production performance.
- Lead change within the department.
- Regular meetings with Material and Production planners
- Monitor production levels and deliver on business demands.
- Continuous improvement activity
Candidate Requirements
- A food manufacturing and Supply Chain background with exposure to Warehouse & Transport.
- Production management experience
- Return to work and managing disciplinary process.
- Able to manage a challenging culture and look for development for the long term.
- Proven track record in identifying change and shaping operations.
- Able to work alone and have the desire to create change initiative.
- Have managed in excess of 100.
- Experience of creating and Delivering KPI's and Service delivery for Customer
- Have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Be results driven and commercially minded.
