Chase Taylor Recruitment are working with a successful and expanding B2C window and door business who are looking for an experience window and door sales professional to join their team.

Our client is a domestic window and door installation business that have been transforming homes for over 40 years. They are known for their quality installations and excellent customer care.

The right person for this role, will have current experience as a sales professional within the window and door industry selling to the domestic market. Within this role you will have a chance to work alongside some of the industry’s most experienced and successful designers. Working hours are Monday to Friday with a Saturday on a rotary basis.

This role has two employment options, you can earn a basic salary of £23,000 to £25,000 with coms or if you prefer you can be self employed and earn realistic earnings of £50,000 to £60,000 OTE.

The role responsibilities:

• Meet with customers in the showroom or at their home to discuss products
• Develop relationships with domestic customers, architects and builders
• Offer design solutions that meet expectations and deliver within budget
• Develop new relationships and build on existing customer base

Candidates’ skills and experience:

• Have current or recent experience as a sales professional within the window and door domestic market
• Sales and target driven
• Able to manage own workload and use own initiative
• Be able to persuade and maintain relationships
• Experience with aluminium windows and doors is preferred
