The Role:

• Assist the Design Manager in overseeing the design process from concept to completion
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance
• Manage the procurement of materials and equipment for design projects
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong knowledge of design principles and construction processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
