Job Description:

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with contract specifications
• Collaborate with project teams to analyse and manage project costs
• Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and stakeholders
• Assist in the negotiation of subcontracts and change orders
• Working on flag ship schemes in the region

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the measurement and valuation of works for payment purposes
• Review and analyse project documents to identify potential risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and services
• Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and variations
