Job Description:

• Conduct cost estimates and prepare tender documents for retail construction projects
• Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control and value for money
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
• Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Carry out site visits and assessments to identify potential issues and risks
