We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Network Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT and network operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, installing and basic troubleshooting company's different projects of network infrastructure. This role involves working closely with the Network and Infrastructure Manager and other IT professionals to ensure the stability and integrity of our network services, providing support for network-related issues, and improve skills to implement network solutions that enhance performance and security.

Key Responsibilities
•    Configure and install various network devices based on Cisco and Juniper (e.g.,
routers, switches, firewalls, APs).
•    Implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
•    Monitor and maintain network performance through NMS and cloud system.
•    Diagnose and resolve network hardware, software, and configuration issues.
•    Perform regular network updates, upgrades, and backups.
•    Conduct network troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
•    Respond to network-related service tickets and ensure timely resolution.
•    Collaborate with other IT team members to support overall IT infrastructure.
•    Generate regular reports on network performance, incidents, and resolutions.
•    Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
•    Bachelor’s degree will preferred in Computer Science, Information
•    Technology, or a related field or A Level IT, BTEC in Computing.
•    Relevant certifications (CCNA, JNCIA, CompTIA Network+) are desirable.
Experience:
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in network support, administration, or
engineering.
•    Proven experience with network protocols, services, and standards (TCP/IP,
DNS, DHCP, OSPF, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, IPSec, SSLVPN).
Skills:
•    Proven strong technical experience on LAN, WAN, SD-WAN and WLAN.
•    Sound knowledge and experience on Cisco/Juniper routers & switches
•    Technical knowledge in network security with FortiGate/Juniper SRX.
•    Hands-on experience in Wireless networking using 4G/5G and Wi-Fi.
•    Experience supporting networks for a large multi-site organisation.
•    Proficient in Linux based Servers and services: HTTP, FTP, SSH.
•    Practical experience of network protocols: TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN, OSPF, BGP.
•    Technical knowledge of multi-vendor network systems hardware including
•    Juniper, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Draytek, Microsoft, MikroTik, Dell.
•    Knowledge of both on premises datacentre and cloud environment.
•    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Minimum Technical knowledge on Network automation & Scripting.
