• Hours: 10 hours per day (8am to 6pm), 9.5 hours paid

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Hoist Operator to join our team for a long-term project in Watford. This project aims to transform an outdated industrial site into modern, high-quality residential apartments of various sizes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hoist Operation: Safely operate the hoist to transport materials and equipment to different levels of the construction site.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance on the hoist equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Coordination: Work closely with site managers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Load Management: Securely load and unload materials to prevent damage and ensure safety.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with ground personnel and other operators.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Hoist Operator.
• Certification: Must hold a valid CPCS Hoist ticket.
• Availability: Must be available to start on 25/06/24.
• Work Hours: Able to work from 8am to 6pm, with 9.5 hours paid daily.
• Commuting: Must be able to commute to the site in Watford.
