We are looking for Landscape Architects at Associate and Senior levels.

The Job:

Reporting to the Design Director you will take the lead on many new projects, liaising with Clients at the initial instruction, managing the project design, presenting concepts and handling a project from its inception, through the build to the handover to a delighted Client.

• Project Guardianship. You will have ownership of projects and be responsible for all aspects of design from the initial instruction through to handover
• Taking detailed Client briefs, determining the extent of the required works and discussing budgets and limitations.
• Develop mood boards and concept drawings.
• Liaising with Clients in respect to changes, enhancements and the evolution of the design.
• Using design software to efficiently create innovative and “edgy” designs.
• Efficiently producing innovative designs that push boundaries. 
• Independently attending and leading client meetings.

The Person:

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Designer / Architect probably with a formal qualification and more than 5 years PQE. You will ideally have:

• Good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Excellent design skills capable of innovative and cutting-edge designs that challenge preconceptions. 
• A good Horticultural knowledge of plants and planting.
• You will have excellent graphic skills and be competent in the use of design software together with standard MS Office programs.
• Experience in Revit would be a bonus.
