Having been set up in 2012, with a vision – to make a positive difference to the lives of young people. This company currently supports 33 supported living homes offering person-centred support to 50 young people.  

Growing up is hard, and doing this with support is vital to become independent and transition from a high needs placement with 24 hour support into solo accommodation and ultimately independent living flats. As a result, all packages are tailor made to support individuals. This includes support, risk assessing and identifying outcomes.
Various activities are offered designed to ensure everyone will experience both success, but also setbacks where they will be guided to learn, reflect and move on safely from these to help the young people gain lifelong skills.

You role will be to support the individuals through this pivotal journey in their lives. You will do this through being a positive role model, building positive relationships, a sense of resilience, perseverance and autonomy. It is hoped these skills will provide the young people with increased self-confidence, self-esteem and motivation.

You can’t do this alone! So you will be required to be a team player who is able to communicate in a multiprofessional way. You will be flexible in your approach and able to assist the children when required.
