Milestone Education are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities:

As a Cover Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver engaging lessons in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that necessary work is completed.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Provide assistance to students where needed, adapting materials and resources to suit students learning styles.
• Be prepared to cover a variety of subjects and year groups, showing flexibility in your teaching approach.
• Build a positive and supportive rapport with students, colleagues and parents, promoting a collective learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to complete one)
• Relevant educational qualifications.
• Previous experience working within a school environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage different subjects and age groups.

Additional Details:

Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Start: September 2024

Location: Redditch, B98
