Hours: 8am until 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000

Polytec are looking for a Health, Safety and Facilities Manager for our client based just north of Cambridge. Occasional travel may be required for this role for which expenses will be paid, you will need to have a full clean driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and control all aspects of the company offices ensuring they operate efficiently and present a professional image for customers and visitors
* Management of all hard services%3B HVAC, mechanical and electrical systems
* Manage Health and Safety relevant to the business, actively promoting a safe working environment ensuring company compliance
* Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date
* Deliver physical security measures in line with agreed company policy
* Management of operational and capital budgets
* Contract management of third-party suppliers
Requirements:
* NEBOSH General Certificate
* Excellent understanding of building systems and relevant engineering knowledge
* Previous HandS and security responsibilities
* Line management of both in house and external service contractors
* Budget forecasting and monitoring skills
* Involvement in supporting the delivery of a wellbeing programme
* Ability to deal with problems under pressure, a 'thinking on your feet' mindset
* Full clean driving licence with own transport
