We are searching for an Electrician to join the Operations & Maintenance team as a Solar Technician

You will be responsible for scheduled and preventative maintenance and servicing on Solar PV farms.

Job: Electrician - Solar Technician

Location: Southampton (multiple sites)

Electrician Responsibilities:

• Ahere to all Health & Safety regulations
• Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance and servicing
• Repair or replace components and prevent system failure or downtime
• Fault-finding, troubleshooting, and repairs on all Solar PV systems with a focus on mechanical and electrical diagnostics of Power Inverters
• Emergency response
• Document all maintenance activities using reporting systems

Electrician Requirements:

• Electrical background
• Confident working independently
• Experience troubleshooting and fault-finding
• Confident using computer systems, spreadsheets, email, management and reporting systems
• Experience working with Solar PV is desired but not essential - training provided!
• Flexibility to work on-call, overtime, weekends and bank holidays
• Valid UK Driving Licence
