Service Engineer – Access Control  

We are looking for a service engineer to join an established and reputable CCTV and Access Control business in the north. Your territory will mainly be in and around the North, mostly Monday – Friday. 

Day to Day Duties

• Service and repair of Access Control and CCTV Systems
• You will NOT be asked to install intruder alarms or fire alarms.
• Routine inspections and troubleshooting faults.
• Excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs 1 week in 7.

Key Skill, Knowledge & Experience

• The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Security Engineer.
• Experience with the following would be useful: Paxton, Brivo, Hikvision, BPT, Assa Abloy
• Strong understanding of electronic security systems, maintenance, and repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communications and excellent customer interactions.
• Valid driving license for UK .

Pay, Benefits & Extra Information  

• Competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000, depending on experience.
• Door to Door role, mostly Monday – Friday
