Evolve are recruiting for a privately owned pharmaceutical company specialising in branded generic products. They are looking for a dedicated Market Access Specialist to join their team. The goal is to develop mutually beneficial relationships with NHS customers and ensure their needs are met. The primary focus of this role is to secure the company’s products as the first-line sole choice on ICBs, SICBs, and Health Boards. This role covers the South West of the UK and the South Wales region, though they are flexible on territory based on candidate location.

Ideal Requirements for a Market Access Specialist.

• Previous market access experience working with medicines management.
• Ideally need to have previous or existing connections with ICB’s and Health Boards on this territory.
• Candidates with medical device experience will be considered if you possess specialist market access experience.

Role Responsibilities for a Market Access Specialist

• Create and deliver a regional business plan which prioritises actions needed to gain endorsement and implementation of their products.
• Achieve sales growth within key accounts by implementing a robust plan to generate a return on investment.
• Ensure optimal positioning and implementation of products in local healthcare economy guidelines, securing their status as the first-line sole choice.
