Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Due to the growth within the business and their continued success they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Warrington.

The company work on a variety of projects in the industrial, residential, commercial, leisure and sport sectors with projects ranging in value from £10m - £300m.

The role - Assistant Quantity Surveyor

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the commercial team and will be responsible for a number of packages on the project whilst assisting the Project QS & Senior QS to ensure the project is delivered successfully.

The initial project will be a large £50m industrial unit and you will report into the Project QS and Senior QS on site handling the following duties:

• Prepare variations/valuations
• Prepare s/c valuations
• Attend site client meetings
• Liaise with Site Management
• Maintaining site records, control documents
• Measuring progress on site
• Consider Risk & opportunity
• Assist with CVR's as required for larger value works
• Support the commercial team

Required experience?

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Main contracting experience
• Ideally have logistics or industrial sector experience
