Mechanical Site Manager Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced M&E Site manager with a strong mechanical bias to oversee a prestigious office fit out project. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a critical project from inception to completion, ensuring all mechanical and electrical elements are delivered to the highest standards.

Mechanical Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the M&E aspects of the office fit out, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Mechanical Focus: Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for the client, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

Mechanical Site Manager  Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in M&E project management with a focus on office fit outs.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical systems design and implementation, with a solid understanding of electrical systems.
• Project Management: Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, preferably in a commercial office environment.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
