Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee our on-site operations as well as helping out with installation work. In this role, you will support Contract Managers and Production Directors, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation, quality assurance processes, and maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uploading site records to company software.
• Understanding project scope and monitoring adherence to specifications.
• Assisting with programming and carrying out work to meet project deadlines.
• Monitoring on-site Health & Safety, maintaining the site H&S file.
• Assisting with mid-contract quantification.
• Coordinating sub-contractors on site.
• Supervising site works and documenting completed tasks.
• Liaising with residents, clients, and sub-contractors.
• Managing projects to ensure deadlines and compliance are met according to specifications.
• Identifying job-specific RAMS requirements.
• Conducting condition, quality surveys, and snagging reports.
• Maintaining site records, including a daily diary and all Health & Safety inspections.
• Contributing to fortnightly client updates.
• Delivering toolbox talks.

Person Specification:

• SSSTS qualification (required).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a BM Trada or similar role, or a willingness to work towards a qualification.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Sound knowledge of building technology, with the ability to read and interpret specifications.
• Proactive and clear approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and strategise in varying situations.
• Capability to complete projects within deadlines under management direction.
