Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a UK wide Vehicle Safety Supplies company to recruit for  highly motivated and dedicated auto electrician to join there team of Field Service Engineers.  NOTE THIS WILL BE A REMOTE ROLE

The 2 main areas in the UK that need covering is the Midlands and London,   The main based is in the West Midlands but the role is  working anywhere from truck and plant service facilities to quarries, construction sites and transport depots

Salary and benefits:

• Monday – Friday (1 Saturday a month required, paid at overtime rate)
• 50hrs a week (door to door)
• £32,000-£42,000 (Based on experience and location)
• Plenty of overtime available
• Remote role so stock will be  dropped to local self-storage to collect on weekly basis
• Van supplied with fuel and initial tool kit with tool allowance to do the job

Role:

In this role you will be  responsible for providing support to customers by fitting or servicing safety products on large vehicles – either at the customer’s site or at the manufacturer’s site. Most of the major players in the heavy plant and commercial vehicle market so professionalism is a must.

Installations Include:

• DVR and camera’s
• DVS standard 
• FORS (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
• Beacons and lights
• Alarms and sensors

Requirements:

• Electrical automotive background.
• Available to work some weekends (At overtime rate).
• Possible nights away.
• Flexible hours.
• Plant or HGV experience.
• Full driving license (Van to be provided).
