WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a prestige brand.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliability and focus.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Initiative-driven with experience in communicating with Senior Management.
• Service Advisor background is desirable but not essential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle all inbound service calls for our service centres, focusing on service bookings and other related enquiries
• Conduct outbound calls for promotions, seasonal campaigns, service follow-ups, and other service-related communications.
• Maximise revenue for our service departments by upselling products and services and effectively handling customer objections.
