Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Associates and Partners on transactions.
• Manage various elements of deals including investments, M&A, and JV work.
• Handle work across the corporate team, covering private company M&A, investments, joint ventures, board advice, partnerships, advisory, and restructuring work.
• Support senior fee earners on key transactional documents – SPA, investment agreements, JVA’s.
• Manage funding rounds, including negotiating areas such as share vesting and leaver provisions.
• Draft and negotiate shareholders’ agreements.
• Conduct corporate reorganisations and restructures.

Skills and Experience:

• High level of technical knowledge in corporate law, especially M&A and investments.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Capability to apply knowledge and experience to a broad range of transactions and clients.

Person Specification:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
