The AV Project Manager Role

As their AV Project Manager, you will oversee exhibition stands from conception to completion, working with a diverse client base across various sectors to deliver successful design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate exhibition stands from initial brief to on-site delivery
• Manage client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations surpassed
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
• Serve as the primary client contact, providing prompt and effective communication
• Develop tailored exhibition solutions, including estimates, designs, and quotations

• Proven experience in project management within the exhibition and events industry
• Understanding of SketchUp design and technical show activities
• Strong knowledge of AV and exhibition products and services
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously

• Skilled negotiator, adept at managing budgets and timelines
