A specialist building and engineering consultancy are looking for a career-focused Associate Building Surveyor to join their expanding Leeds based team.
The Associate Building Surveyors' role
The Associate Building Surveyor will be joining a 'people-focused' consultancy who pride themselves on a close-knit culture, currently operating across 6 successful offices, with circa 20 professionals across these offices. Due to continued success, they're looking for an Associate Building Surveyor to join their Leeds team.
This role offers the opportunity to develop a team and service line, with exposure to a myriad of sectors such as commercial, retail, healthcare, education, heritage, leisure, industrial and energy.
As the new Associate Building Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing a broad client base of long-standing, blue-chip clients, providing various professional services including dilapidations, defect diagnosis, feasibility studies, architectural design, building and structural surveys.

The Associate Building Surveyor
The Associate Building Surveyor will ideally come from a similar consultancy background and have a strong track record in providing both project and professional services.
- MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
- Business development experience is beneficial
- Eager to develop and lead a team
