We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an Insurance Administrator to join our small, dynamic team based in Wigston. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and eager to grow within a supportive environment.



Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:30
  • After passing probation: Flexible working hours with an option to alternate between:
    • 08:00 - 16:30 & 09:00 - 17:30
    • Potential for up to 2 days of remote work per week.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Emailing and calling clients to provide updates on their application status.
  • System Management: Logging notes and completing tasks on cases using our online system.
  • General Administration: Handling office tasks such as post management and answering phones.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and excellent general computer skills.


Essential Experience:

  • Previous experience in the Insurance sector is a must.
