£65,000 to £70,000 + Progression + up to 8% Pension + Training and Development

In this role, the successful Qualified Flying Instructor would be responsible for helping to drive the delivery of flying activities alongside key stakeholders and military colleagues by taking a "whole force" approach to activities, while also ensuring that excellent safety and delivery reputations are maintained at all times.

The ideal Qualified Flying Instructor would be LAFT qualified and looking for a stable and secure career with an organisation that offers good career prospects, benefits and overall opportunities.

The Role:

• Delivery of flying training for the Royal Navy.
• Drive delivery of flying activities.
• Ensure excellent safety and delivery reputation is upheld.

The Person:

• LAFT Qualified flying instructor.
• Local to Bath or looking to move to the area.
• British Citizen or able to get Security Clearance.
