Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary property consultancy throughout the North-West of England, who seek a Senior Architect due to an increase in their workload and secured pipeline of work. Applicants must have UK experience and be fully conversant with UK Building Regulations.
As the Department Lead, you will manage a team of Technicians bringing with you excellent technical experience, proficiency in architectural design and strong communication skill.
Our client has been providing Architectural Services for new build and refurbishment projects across a number of sectors including education, commercial, retail, leisure, residential and health care, for over 17 years.
