HVAC Service Engineer

Location: Covering 18 stores in and around Birmingham

Basic Salary: £44,330.77 per annum

Additional Compensation:
- On-Call Standby: £195 per week (1 in 4 weeks)
- Overtime: 1.5x during weekdays and 2x on Saturdays/Sundays, paid door to door

Role Overview:
Concept Resources is supporting a reputable facilities management company in recruiting a highly skilled HVAC Service Engineer. This role involves maintaining and servicing HVAC systems across 18 stores in and around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial gas systems, as well as mechanical expertise in working with 3-phase pumps and motors. While not mandatory, F-gas certification is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and rectify issues with 3-phase pumps and motors.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Participate in an on-call rota, providing support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure timely reporting.

Candidate Requirements:
- Valid commercial gas tickets.
- Strong mechanical experience, particularly with 3-phase pumps and motors.
- F-gas certification is preferable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Full UK driving license.
