Internal Recruitment Consultant – 12-month FTC – Up to £35,000 pro rata.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join us on a 6-month contract to help us with our next growth phase.

This role will be based in our Reading office and could have the potential to be extended depending on business needs.

As a Internal Recruitment Consultant: 

• You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting the very best talent through a variety of platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing/headhunting on job boards, advert responses, etc. These roles will be across both our Reading and Aylesbury offices and will cover all teams including Manufacturing, Engineering/Technical, Construction & Gas.
• Conducting interviews at all levels from initial telephone calls all the way through to F2F interviews.
• Writing job adverts to be posted across all streams.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to give updates on recruitment, CVs, Interviews, etc.
• Solely handling the recruitment process from the initial brief to offer management.
• Social media engagement by creating/writing posts on LinkedIn to attract talent.
• CRM management, ensuring this is kept up to date.
• Potential travel to our Aylesbury office to meet with candidates and/or Hiring Managers.

As a Internal Recruitment Consultant, we are looking for:

• You may have a previous background in recruitment – this could either be in agency recruitment, internal recruitment or talent acquisition. Or transferable experience e.g customer service, account management etc.
• We work as a team in which we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, who works hard, and is committed to hiring the very best talent for Orion.
