Electrical Engineer required for our client, an Electrical contractor that specialises in providing Power Quality Solutions to clients within the commercial and industrial industry, based out of their HQ in the East Midlands.

Electrical Engineer Position Remuneration

• JIB Pay Rates - ranging from £16.84 to £18.40 per hour (depending on ECS/JIB card grading)
• 40 hour working week; 8:30am - 5pm
• Company van provided
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
• No on call rota
• Overtime available if desired - Saturdays paid at 1.5x, Sundays paid at 2x

Due to expansion, our client has opened up an opportunity for an experienced Electrician or Electrical Engineer to join their service department, carrying out servicing and maintenance works on electrical power quality solutions such as Power Factor Correction LV Panels.

The successful Electrical Engineer will be based within the East Midlands as this is where a significant amount of the work will be, and will have a background within electrical servicing, maintenance, or installations, along with being a fully qualified Electrician that holds a ECS/JIB Card.

Electrical Engineer Position Requirements

• Fully qualified Electrician - Electrical NVQ Level 3 (2357) or equivalent
• Must hold an in-date ECS/JIB Card
• Experience working on Power Factor Panels desirable but not essential as significant training will be provided
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence
• Based within a commutable distance of Sutton-in-Ashfield
