Brand Manager

We're working with the UK's leading supplier of products, used in almost all infrastructure projects within the UK and Overseas.

This is a newly created role where you will spearhead the most popular brands growth, expanding market share and brand health. This role is mainly autonomous, so you have the flexibility to use your skills to create strategies that beat the competition and create product portfolios that become the 'go-to' for the industry.

This is a strategic, hands-on role that will cover all brand related tasks from customer surveys through to strategic brand development and launches. You role will include planning, recommending and implementing brand communication campaigns and analysing and reporting the results, KPI's and ROI across the teams.

You will work within a close-knit and supportive marketing team, with real focus on personal development and collaborative working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Passionately and positively defend, protect, and grow the brands both internally and externally with our customers and the market.
  • Drive knowledge and learning of our brands through CPDs, e-learning, training and thought leadership - to help ensure our brands are front of mind for specification.
  • Be the company expert in your customer personas and user journeys for each of your brands.
  • Working closely with Product owners and technical colleagues, ensure CCPI compliance and best practices are implemented and followed across all assets, as the expert and go-to within the business for these brands.
  • Produce collateral in line with brand guidelines and ensure the Brand Book and Design Guidance are always accurate and up to date.

Ideally you will have a CIM certificate (level 3 or above) and 3-5 years experience within a marketing role responsible for branding. Experience of attending trade shows is also a plus.

Budget management experience is a pre-requisite and knowledge of social media platforms is also required. You will be a strong communicator, confident enough to work independently and collaboratively as part of a wider marketing team.
