We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a National Contractor in Bristol, South West England. As the Site Manager you will you will be responsible for carrying out all aspects of site management, securing resources, monitoring work and liaising with the management team.
The projects involve overseeing the refurbishment and conversion of a former commercial premises into student accommodation in the Bristol. Experience as a Site Manager overseeing these types of projects is essential and must be illustrated in your CV.
This is a freelance role starting ASAP
Site Manager Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS card
- 3-day First Aid certification
- Refurbishment experience
- Student Accommodation/ Hotel experience
The rate of pay is a competitive daily rate and will include Mileage and Accommodation.
