​My client is a is a highly respected planning and development consultancy with over 21 years in practice. The offices are located in Dublin City Centre.

There are a number of opportunities from Graduate through to Planning consultant level to join the town planning team. My client work across a wide range of projects types for both private and public clients, including the following; urban regeneration, schools, residential, retail, nursing homes, offices, mixed use, hospitals, hotels and more!

​Experience

Assistant Planner

The successful applicants will have at least 2 years experience be IPI and/or RTPI accredited, be highly motivated, organised, and have the ability to deliver projects to deadlines, whilst working in a dynamic environment; both as part of a team and on their own initiative. Experience of managing junior colleagues would be of benefit also, but not essential. Excellent communication skills are essential.

Planning Consultant

The successful applicants will have at least 1 years experience be IPI and/or RTPI accredited, be highly motivated, organised, and have the ability to deliver projects to deadlines, whilst working in a dynamic environment; both as part of a team and on their own initiative. Excellent communication skills are also essential.

Graduate Planner

The successful applicants will have completed an IPI and/or RTPI accredited course, be highly motivated, organised, and be able to demonstrate they have delivered projects to deadlines, whilst working in a dynamic environment; both as part of a team and on their own initiative. Excellent communication skills are also essential.
