Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical and Electrical
Sunday - Thursday Nights 8pm - 5am
Canary Wharf- London
up to £63,000 + Package
My client is a global leading maintenance provider, and they are looking for an Maintenance Engineer to join their team in London
Experiences on the following equipment are required
- PPM and Reactive Maintenance.
- Emergency Lighting
- Sprinkler systems
- Lamp changing
- AHU’s & FCU’s
- Cooling Towers
- General Building maintenance
- Pump experience
- Demonstrate a good understanding and be technically competent in all building services, in particular – UPS’s, transfer switches, PLC systems, critical cooling systems, water treatment, refrigeration systems and HV/LV electrical infrastructure
The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Maintenance which consist of the following:
- 18th Edition
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations
- Testing & Inspecting 2391
- Building Maintenance Experience
- H+S understanding
- Client facing
- 5 years of experience
