Senior Technical Coordinator - Residential Developer - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
A leading residential developer has a great opportunity for a Senior Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager to join their business. The role is going to be mix between office base, sites in East London and flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
The position will be on a fixed term 12 month contract working on remediation projects across East London, mainly cladding, fire stopping works on existing builds.
The ideal candidate will have a strong developer or main contracting background.
