Responsibilities in your new role as Sous Chef

• Serve as a leader within the kitchen, establishing and upholding exemplary standards of food quality, including taste, presentation, and service.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Applicants should have at least one year of experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant or a 5-star hotel, along with a thorough knowledge of ingredients and an awareness of local food trends and culinary history. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong management skills, a genuine talent for creativity and innovation, and a keen eye for detail.
