We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team in Greenwich. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students to achieve their full potential by addressing and improving their behaviour.
You will:
- Provide one-on-one support to students as a Behaviour mentor.
- Develop and implement behaviour improvement plans.
- As a Behaviour Mentor, work closely with teachers to monitor student progress.
- Support students in managing their behaviour in and out of the classroom.
Behaviour Mentor Requirements:
- Experience as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students.
- Commitment to making a difference in students' lives.
