Job Title: HGV Technician
Location: Heathrow 
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - Days

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HGV Technician to join our dynamic team. The Role As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a range of heavy goods vehicles. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles are serviced to the highest standards, adhering to all safety and compliance regulations.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on a variety of HGVs.
• Perform diagnostics using the latest equipment to identify and rectify faults.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to reduce vehicle downtime.
• Prepare vehicles for MOT and ensure all work meets DVSA standards.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to maintain an efficient and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, offering clear communication about repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an HGV Technician in a main dealer or similar environment.
• Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license (Class 1 HGV License preferred).
• IRTEC accreditation is advantageous but not essential.
