Job Title: Production Operatives

Location: Brough HU15

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay Rate: £11.56 per hour

Job Description:
As a Production Operative, you will be an integral part of the production team, responsible for assembling electrical components according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Assemble electrical components accurately and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
